Click here and go to the the new login page
Once there, click the Forgot Password link.
Enter the email address you used to signup with when you purchased the product and then click the "Send Recovery Info" button.
You'll get an email with a long link in it. Click that link and you'll be taken back to the site and you'll see a box that allows you to chose a new password.
Click Submit and you'll be taken straight to your Library.
You Have Previously Been an Insider or You're New to The Site
Then you can simply join again.
